Very worst experience as they don't treat the employees well also very much attitude, partiality towards employees and how much efforts we put its highlighted badly only not reflected in a positive manner.

...ure provide every time free courses so that we can keep in touch with education. And the good thing is Accenture pay for the education. But I would suggest every one to join Accenture after having experience of 3 to 4 year otherwise you will not receive good salary.

Dislikes

People who work hear. They think that they are boss so everyone is boss. And the transport. Shift timings are the biggest concern here. They force us to continue with few shifts.

Unfortunately, I have left Accenture 9 years back after being there for almost 11 months. The stay was short and sweet I would say. As it was my first Job so learning was immense.

...e Balance, not sure if it happens here in India or through all the locations. 2. The pay is very less when you compare to other organizations.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
