Dislikes

Do not pay a variable amount Do not have a standard process for anything. Donot follow the documented thing - HR. No extened maternity leave. No crech facility. Canteen is not live. They have tiffin services, matchin tea and coffee. No job security.

They pay salary on time. Travel business is coming back to normal. So good visibility about business. Company is good for freshers, but laterals find it very different to adopt culture and grow.

Dislikes

Legacy technology. Communication from management with employees is very poor. You hardly know what's going on in company you work. Recognition and compensation is totally personalized. Manager does inform certain things to limited people, and their is lack of transparency. Their is huge mix of personal + professional in company culture. So you cannot predict things properly. For one thing, you will be guided to follow process (raise, remind, escalate) and for other thing you are guided to follow up personally without raising any official impression. This is not good company for long run.

...b security is very poor...they fired the employees without any prior intimation. I worked there for 2 years however they haven't provided my variable pay whenever we asked their reply was our business is not running well hence we are not providing variable pay out. Overall pathetic work culture. I would request don't join this company.

Location is good, timings are good, pay scale is also higher

Dislikes

Absolutely no job security... They are loosing many projects... Once you start getting higher salaries.. Other companies may not hire you or will hire with low salaries

There is no such thing to share.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. There has a huge difference in CTC and monthly salary. My ctc was 400000 and I used to get only 25000 per month. Career growth is also very slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Job security risks is very high they didn't think about the employees future. There is only one technology and have to work on it.
