This company Is a leading Maruti Suzuki dealership. They have only experienced persons. They build a career to the employees. I am a part of the company body shop Technician. I get more knowledge about automobiles. My passion is a automobile technician.

The company salary is very low. The work pressure is high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. They mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.

Every month salary I'll have an debit . For other employee mistake.. For example. My team mate make an accident and left the job. Rest of the employees bear the loose... ..

The superiors do not understand the reality of the field. They don't know who is working for the company and who is not. They give raises to the imperfect but not to the trusted people's. Only people with a dictatorial attitude are in high positions, and they don't know how to treat their employees.

Since owners are not directly involved, majority of employees are looting the company. On one hand, Owners are selling their assets and on the other hand, employees are buying properties and have improved their lifestyle within a short time. Since the Owner is aware of the loot, he is not interested in giving promotions or increment.
