...ity in this company, they can whenever fire you basis on the irrelevant reasons. They are always up to hire the employee on as much less salary as possible. Baseless oral tests happens in the name of evaluation, no motivation only and always demotivating you and your hardwork, zero appreciation. There are few seniors who don't even know how to speak in english but they will sit in the evaluation and ask you questions in the wrong English, I don't know if it's because of favouritism or what. No new ideas been welcome, they been following the same old pattern, they just show they are open but no.

...ess processes which are quite impractical and difficult to follow in real life - Time logging system (the salary will be deducted if you don't have any task to for the day) Your existence will be questioned if you post time in R&D or any other learning related tasks so it's better you get your salary deducted - They don't trust their employees

I like nothing about this ably soft company. No such things that i can mentioned here to praise this company this is the worst i have ever seen . Worst policies, management. Leave system is very poor . Micromanagement is here. Treat employees like robot. If you take short leave then you have to cover that leave on next day otherwise you next leaves will deduct. Just join in case if you dont have such great life

Top level management other than CEO needs to be improvised and CEO should start believing & giving responsibilities to senior staff so that they can decisions on their own instead of keeping everything in his own hands.

They are money minded people, looks only a employee as their assets. In covid they ate my job and gave me a week notice only. And salary deductions also in covid wfh situation

No professionalism, only if you be in a chain and follow the work culture they set and be like slave you are ok, but if you against some big crocodiles, you will be thrown out
