My team mates were the best people to work with.

...ects at all. Even after completing 3.5 years in the company, i wasn't appraised. Apart from the monthly salary, there are no benefits that an employee gets to take back home like no bonus, no increments, etc. Only responsibilities are bestowed on the shoulders of the employee but when it comes to raise or appraisal, the employee is chided that performance is not upto the mark. No policies or procedures in place. The company acts like a corporate but isn't one.

1.Salary is not happening on timing, 2.Reimbursement amount You have to keep bagging but you will not receive. 3.Rude boss,he feel that all employees are machine and they have to work 24 hrs

One of the worst organisations I have come across..as you work under the director himself its a hell to work in as there is no particular direction the company wants to go with you. But it did help me to learn what not to do while running a business.

Promotions - Excellent

Dislikes

Director has the personality and charisma to win over anyone be it client or his own employee. They talk about following ethics and rules while functioning as an organisation but have themselves set up loopholes in their administration. The director will be your friend one day and fight the world for you and one day he will let you down to a place from where coming up is quite a task.
