Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.

No work life balance No salary incrment No job security Company credit oriented no scope and hope for sales team hire and fire policy for sales no excuse superior staff was so demotivate every day and Threat for resign only

Location near to my home - good understanding with credit team . No salary deduction at time of covid n even get good incentive for sales of hl and lap

Not work Life balanced , even we have to work at every Sunday .

...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
