The company lacks a structured approach, which is evident in their misleading information. For instance, they claim their Mumbai office is located in BKC, but it's actually situated in Kurla, which leads to confusion and disappointment among new hires. Many employees fail to return after their first day due to this discrepancy. Furthermore, once you're hired, there's a lack of clear guidance or a well-defined roadmap for your role. The HR department, in particular, seems to be unresponsive and unconcerned about the struggles of new employees. Unfortunately, the work environment is also marred by unprofessional behavior, with some colleagues exhibiting cheap and unbecoming conduct.

It's been a pleasure to work in a reputed company like aavas, I was very much enjoyed my working period. The work frame and culture is appreciated . I would like to thank the organisation for giving my such a wonderful opertunity to be a part. Thank u

Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.

Appraisal and and salary is always been limited as set my company saying HR always HR policy is clearly mentioned that appraisal done when u join from that day but till yet year no appraisal done,

Company is only worst, they don’t have any time management once you join the company you will be treated has worst , Before Joining the company they tell that we are time management and good working culture but it’s not they will keep on extend the system till 10 or 12 midnight who will work for so long day this will keep on running for two to three week same timing, once u enter into this hell you will feel depressed. Main thing is they are following this employment Contract Bond for one year and 2 years due this bond many employees are staying quite or else all employees will be walk out……. So over all the timing and bond system it’s are two things are impacting the employees part from this the company has good shares and good book size in the market the technology are updating they are making the loan availability smoothly.

Company was good for fresher who want to start his carrier. They are providing the learning growth to employees.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not so good as compared to work load and you are not be able to balance the work and personal life balance in the organisation. But lots of politics are happening in work atmosphere. And not time fixed for operation team.
