Not much to like compared to IT companies.

... for than a year now, after the recruitment I haven't had a single talk with HR. The appraisal system is very bad 5-10 percent increment after a year while the base salary is anyways low. Compared to other IT companies you will be working for pennies. Six days working, sometimes more than that "if the project demands". Company glorifies a culture where if you work after office hours, you will get promoted, this is super toxic. I would not suggest working in this company if you are a young professional looking to upscale your career, This is a good retirement plan and that's it.

...ion of the HQ which is Jaipur which is one of the best places to visit in India. And the second best part is the salary gets credited on the first of every month and there is ample scope for work life balance. They offer you good compensation and the appraisal is also good enough. There are some of the positives of this company.

Dislikes

There is no job security or stability in this company. Being an Indian company and because of the location, the work environment and culture is completely Indian or of a small organisation. The leaders and management lacks skills and knowledge, so your hard work won't get noticed by the leadership. Here buttering skills is preferred compared to working knowledge. There is hardly any scope for learning and skill development and they do not have any option for Work from home. There is practically very less work and at times you always have to justify your working hours. There is zero job security here because of the pathetic management. This is the last company you should think of joining.

Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.

Appraisal and and salary is always been limited as set my company saying HR always HR policy is clearly mentioned that appraisal done when u join from that day but till yet year no appraisal done,

Company is only worst, they don’t have any time management once you join the company you will be treated has worst , Before Joining the company they tell that we are time management and good working culture but it’s not they will keep on extend the system till 10 or 12 midnight who will work for so long day this will keep on running for two to three week same timing, once u enter into this hell you will feel depressed. Main thing is they are following this employment Contract Bond for one year and 2 years due this bond many employees are staying quite or else all employees will be walk out……. So over all the timing and bond system it’s are two things are impacting the employees part from this the company has good shares and good book size in the market the technology are updating they are making the loan availability smoothly.
