Only good thing is that they pay salary within first week of the next month.

Experts having lifelong notes is to share these with their servers but have no rights to take anything out from the servers. All the time employees have to work under CC TV. Overall it was a bad and stressful experience. However, no company is bad, only few managers due to their lack of professional exposures make bad name to the company.

Overall good, except delay in salaries especially in telugu state. Partiality b/w HO employees and on site employees,always ontime salary for HO employees,but always delayed for site people. Site people salaries are linked to bills release from client. No regular increments for Site people,but HO people get regular increments. Though most of the revenue generated from sites i e PMC/SQC/TPQAQC , We are always ill treated, logic behind this i didn't understand in 7 years.

Dislikes

No salary to employees (Karimnagar site) since 7 months. Covid gave licence for non payement. Salary will be based on as per the payments released by client. Non availability of basic softwares to work, Like Cadd, photoshop. Weak leadership. Long non adjustable notice period.

They don't pay salaries to employees since 5 months before covid-19. They want employees to work 10-12 hours without paying. They just want their submissions. No increment.

Dislikes

Working in this company is horrible. They don't pay salaries to employees 3-4 months. When people resigned, company do not pay and hold salaries. No work ethics. no culture. No security of job. They hire people and when there is shortage of fund they throw out their employees. Management is terrible. No career growth. Horrible work quality. They just work sake of submissions to client.

Team work of the projects and data collection on fields, Quality testing measure taken, training programme on technical skills and improvement on the source of the projects. work timining is good. Salaries pakages are good. internal politics are bad. They not support for seniors employee.

Dislikes

career growth like Designation and salary pakages will not preffered to them.
