Apart from the last client with whom I worked nothing was there to like.

Dislikes

Salary is paid on 7th of a month, it could get delayed also... You'll be working in shifts from 1 PM or from 4PM just to get on calls with the clients. Projects are completely owned by client instead of ownership by people from Aapna.

...ment expects employees to work till late at night without any specific urgency. Got salary at 7th of every month. On some months it was delayed till 12 th.

At times, internal processes can feel a bit lengthy, which may affect efficiency. Expanding training and mentorship programs could further enhance employee growth opportunities.
