...ood is salary we are getting on time (Not sure how many days it will continue ) salary here is divided into two parts 1 fixed monthly salary and variable pay (Which they are not giving )

The company is not giving Variable pay which has to be given half yearly. Apart from that they have deducted 10% of total salary and they mentioned in joining letter that it will be given in the 26th Month after completing 2 years. I have already completed 30 months but they are not giving my own money which is more than 3 lacs and combined with variable its total 4.5 lacs. if u join now definitely u will regret after two years as u will loose a lot of money what ever salary they offer u will get 60-70% only in hand

Toxic enviornment.. dirty corporate politics.. seniors consider themselves as the only boss of the company.. treats junior faculty as slave.. u will survive on the wish of the AH, AD, SAD wish else anytime u can be transferred or terminate from the company. no growth or minimal growth for side subjects like SOCIAL STUDIES OR MAT... these subjects faculties are like helper for other medical or eng wing..

Salary is on 30th of every month without any exception. During covid-19 many faculties getting terminated and they are giving false excuse that your questions not upto mark, grammar mistake bla blah. Good for freshers as you are under huge pressure to improve yourself.

Read carefully before joining here, you may regret later. Absolutely no job security nor job satisfaction. Academic head, senior acad head all are ready to torture you at any slightest possible chance. Also they are highly pompous people because all of them earning more than IAS officers just teaching ncert. In foundation division there is rampant termination, medical and engineering rampant transfer and termination both. Students are treated like customers so they are pampered in such a way that if you even scold someone they will write negative feedback which can face you warning letter. Their system is such that only ncert book you can finish, nothing extra you can teach. So anyone having a mouth and two legs can teach in Aakash. Which is why they recruit and terminate people in a matter of a day. Even if you are not fired, seeing your colleagues getting fired your work ethics will go down, students will ask you where is that teacher and you are not supposed to mention his/her name to anyone anymore. In short it is the most toxic place to work. Did I mention that you are not allowed to use mobile in office time of 9 hours? If you can spend your teaching career without joining Aakash trust me you must have done something good in your previous life. As an IITian I can guarantee you that.

Bad work environment reason: (1)working on SIP forcefully, (2)per day change in rules for travel and other reimbursements just to mentally disturb employees so that they quit and don't apply reimbursement, (3)overtime work forcefully with no extra pay, unplanned classes which harass faculties, Faculties are forced by DD, AD and AH to give students admission test to provide them maximum scholarship just to increase maximum number of admissions which later on affects teacher to fulfill the target result, (4) Less increment in salary (5) Unnecessary transfer any time even in the mid session just to downgrade ratings to kick out of company (6)In some centres, AH don't let you know about your feedback and ratings just to let you unaware of it if they are wishing to see you jobless or they are instructed by AD or DD to throw you out of the company so that it seems legal and ethical. (7) Job insecurity is the major reason here, when they need you, they will make you work for more than 12 hrs but when they start cost cutting, they will definitely find a way to terminate you even without paying you notice period salary or providing notice period. (8) Worst thing is their "Student First" concept which is applicable for any type of uncultured, unmannered and disturbing students. They can terminate you even just to hold one such type of students reason being these type of students of pay full fees. Conclusion is that at Aakash, a student who pay fee is more respectable than a teacher who has high knowledge and experience with even IITs degree. (9) In some centres there is a discrimination between JEE and NEET. This affects teachers value at centre. (10) The strict punch in and punch out system is very uncomfortable for employees. There should be a system like PW which uses Darwinbox and employees come and complete 9 hrs as per their work schedule and comfort.

Office politics is worst in Aakash. People in hierarchy get good pay and appraisal but the faculty do not get anything. If there's any govt holiday given , they will make you work from home You will get plenty of leaves but not approved
