Zero work life balance Bad politics Toxic culture Less salary Work on weekoff also and some bank holidays no time for self I got migraines due to that after working 2 years I quit . I m in peace. People there are always doing bitching around to seniors. No support and also no job security

... person worked here from last more than 5 yrs so the job security is also here.. Salary time is also fix and Leave criteria is also nice. So I really soo much happy with aakash institute

Dislike is one thing only after take over byjus of aakash institute the work type and module has been changed and its not only my thinking our others Colleagues also think they worked here from last 5yrs and more they also judge this things but I have faith in aakash institute thay definitely take decision for that.

Everything was very bad...do not work here...ye sirf naam ka hi brand hai...politics me no.1 hai... partiality khulle aam hoti hai ..cheating ki jaati hai feedback ke naam pe..don't ever go to this organisation..

Too much politics. Management is very partial and they only promote their favourite employees and specially those who are Muslim. There are many tls who can’t pronounce a sentence properly but they are handling team😅 are there are also few agents who are very much deserving but they don’t give them chance .

Salary very less and promotion after 5yr wo bhi hoga ya nhi hoga ptnhi.. but they will give u examples - See, she/he has taken promotion after a year itself but they won't tell u that he/she was internally connected with some1
