The senior partner's focus was on how to reduce pay to the staffs. They innovate new schemes to deduct and deffer the salary. No job Security. They throw staffs especially at the time of increment and bonus by using several tricks e.g. cursing you on everything, issue in paying salary, increment,etc. Specially, the senior partner Mr. Ashok kumar Shah innovates those tricks. New ERP system installed to check what you have worked every single minute and this is done on daily basis. If you miss going on saturday, they will deduct sunday's salary no matter you were present on monday. Precisely, they have less focus on clients and more focus on cost cutting.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
