1.No work life balance 2. Overburdened work 3. No educational development 4. Very remote area. 5. Very poor quality of students 6. No value for PGTs they are not free to teach freely they have more extra work to do firslty so teaching becomes side work.

Imparting education is different thing .As a teacher you have to be patience, spirit of learning and try to make them learn with their own choice . parameters i have to set and according to that implement different criteria for different groups of children..Apart from that co-ordination,team work ,co -curricular activities and to find their different interest.

Dislikes

Growth is slow . Sometimes I have to work for some new campaign, awareness for social work,.it is good but when it is hectic then I can't put up at my best.
