There is nothing about my organization which i dont like about, i am satisfied with the management team, the way the manage and handle all the events.

Imparting education is different thing .As a teacher you have to be patience, spirit of learning and try to make them learn with their own choice . parameters i have to set and according to that implement different criteria for different groups of children..Apart from that co-ordination,team work ,co -curricular activities and to find their different interest.

Dislikes

Growth is slow . Sometimes I have to work for some new campaign, awareness for social work,.it is good but when it is hectic then I can't put up at my best.
