They pay salary on time.

Dislikes

There is a huge disparity between work allotted among team members. Those who perform well are given so much work that they are forced to quit in a while. The senior management is useless and blames writer for everything. At first they will fawn all over you to get more work done and then make you a scapegoat. Hotbed of office politics. Pls don't join of you want to save your peace and mental health. Don't go just by brand. It does not have a good work culture.

Please do not ask for it. The company is horrible to work in.

...ou might think that this is the most common scenario every employee talks about. So let's not pay any heed to it. But, when a person is compelled to come here and write, do understand that it is genuinely terrible and filthy. It eats up a person's mental peace and personal balance. Office is important but this is not everything that one can die for. The so-called infoedge higher management must think of it without disbursing so many professional lectures on their seminars and meetings. Does this company genuinely have any thoughtful insight about employees ' welfare? Or are they simply running after money ?????? Utter shame!!!!!!

The team leader was hilarious and pathetic she is so toxic she was doing partiality between all the favorable employees and the new joiners you have to work 11 hr. Per day they don't even provide you the sunday off but everything is acceptable apart from the Manager and Team leader behaviour. worst TL i have ever seen in my life they forced me to quit the job

Dislikes

The manager was mannerless, she does not know how to talk to their subordinates. There were numerous encounters where she used sarcasm without any reason. She thinks she is very clever but she is not. She forgets that we freelancers understand tactics well. I found her self-centered, inconsiderate, rude, and highly disrespectful. I wish the senior managers could help her with communication/leadership skills training.

Worst branch to work with ,Chandigarh branch ,full of dirty politics and cunning behaviour by Branch Manager to emp,s who work and want to grow in the system. Data present in front of management is fake and manipulative always ,due to lots of data manipulation good performance got vanished and hide and he or she is not able to grow in the system ,because branch manager does not want any other emp to grow in the system because of obvious reasons Management must look into it if they want Chandigarh branch to grow other wise forget . Management must check the performance of branch manager also who use to come office only 2-3 days in a month .can cross check this things from cross functional branches ,management must check target allocation and business allocation of 5/6 years , lots of bias ness, favouritism ,If management will check last 5-6 years target allocations vs business allocation then will surly get the dirty truth nd dirty politics happened in past year and specifically he played with the careers of Emp’s who really wanted to grow in the system through hardwork, dedication etc …rest management want’s Chandigarh branch to grow then they need high times changes in this branch otherwise forget the growth
