They keeps telling the employees about the area of improvement which is really good for me at least. But I have seen a lot of my colleagues who were taking this negatively as they don’t want to hear about their mistakes and area of improvement.

...rs to learn that you can in just 2-3 years in this company. Mon - Fri working Awesome salary package and bonus offerings as they have great clientele and company do appreciate the efforts of deserving ones. All latest tech stack and awesomeness in the product line. Great team to learn and work with ONLY if you are passionate about the technology.

May be they can add a bit of more monthly fun activities.

The only good thing about being here is that you will get to learn, and their package is relatively good compared to other small startups in tricity.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance here, the owners are narcissists. They hold their meeting in their offices where there are no enough chairs to sit for the team and then you have to stand for the hours, they do it intentionally, they dont use their meeting room. They will ask you to sign the bond and then treat you like servant of the company. I have never seen or heard this much toxicity anywhere

...ng. Not a place for lickers as they review performance one to one transparently. Great salary hikes and bonuses. The haters are all fake and is the reason they had to hide their own identity. Obviously every company have PROS and CONS but they are transparent to everything so obviously if you are not truth to your experience or your work duties or responsibilities then anybody will have to take strict actions. Great thing is NO Politics, direct performance review and appraisals. You can learn as much as you want based on your will.

There is no work life balance in this company. They don't care for any employee. They can fire any employee anytime immediately & will not provide your salary also.
