Toxic work culture Very high Attrition Rate I was hired and fired next month After 15 days of joining my manager tells me I hired you by mistake, when I have said “No” to other companies I was given Offer Letter HR play office politics and discrimination based on Gender, Caste and State you come from Not Safe for women ( They hide POSH cases )

The company offers great opportunities for growth and has a strong focus on efficiency and innovation, which I really appreciate. However, there’s always room for improvement in areas like streamlining internal communication or expanding sustainability initiatives further

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience at 7-Eleven, but if I had to mention one challenge, it would be the occasional lack of flexibility with scheduling during peak periods. While I understand the need for consistency, sometimes balancing personal life and work during busy times can be challenging. That said, I truly appreciate how the company is always striving to improve work conditions and support employees

Employees, especially those in the security domain, should not expect good appraisals or opportunities for growth. 3. Facilities and benefits provided are good and office is nice.

Dislikes

Please don't join as a intern either of 3 months or 6 months they won't provide any full time opportunity. They just provide internship to promote the company. Be careful about this.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
