Excellent work environment for freshers to kick start their career, Learning Curve drastically gets improved due to on the job training. They do have excellent policies for employee’s with better work life balance, lot of on-site opportunities.

Assigning more than 4 projects may affect the quality in providing solution approach. multiple projects handling at a time.

Dislikes

Work politics, no work life balance, less innovation and no team work. Old employees will try to play politics and dump all their work to new joiners and freshers. Micro management at work is also a big headache.

Good place to learn and develop skills for freshers. For senior employees it is a good place for whom seeking for onsite opportunities.

There will not be work life balance and the performance hike is being worst in the past few years.
