Coming to the company culture, it's an incredibly inclusive environment. We celebrate all our wins (big or small) and support each other like a close-knit group of friends. It really does not give a corporate ambience that you get from other IT agencies, and I think that's what separates 42Works from the rest.

1. No proper appraisal. 2. Conversation is mostly one sided. What they ask should be done immediately, but your complaints and issues will not be addressed even after continuos reminder.

I have been working at 42Works for 1.2 Years. Nice work culture and all team members are very helpful and friendly. I have learned a lot of new things after working here, hope to keep honing my skills. if you are looking for a good career then 42Works is the right direction.
