I don’t like anything about working at 3RDFlix.

Dislikes

Very bad work culture. There is no job security. Salary is not credited on time. They haven’t paid my salary for a few months since 2019. No gratitude if you are loyal and trustworthy.

Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Salaries won't be paid for 6 months in a year, I am regretting that I joined this company. Selfish management , not trustworthy. No work life balance, no proper planing of project development , CEO and Managers interferes in your personal life and asks you about your plans on weekends and holidays, if they feel that your plans are not important , they will force you to work on weekends and holidays. I worked with loyalty and always been supportive , but at last when I resigned as they were not paying me, they didn't settle the F&F and didn't not give the relieving letter.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
