It all depends on department and people you are working with. Let me be very honest here, I was really very lucky to get a team which was so co-operative, friendly and down to earth. The only silver lining in the dark was my team. We used to work, learn, grow and enjoy altogether. Apart from that our immediate managers upto two levels were really very good and supportive. No micro management. Job security is good.

Dislikes

The most disliked thing in Hexaware Technologies is compensation and career growth. You will be doing a job which is repetitive and there's no hope for career advancement unless someone in the hierarchy resigns. Compensation is very very less. They didn't give us hike for nearly two years and then for the third year they gave us a hike ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 2500 per month depending on the performance without any arrears. So many talented guys left the organisation and the management was so cool about it. Higher management does not know how to retain talent. Talented people from Hexaware are leaving and creating wonders in other firms. Management does not care about employees from BPS. They only concentrate on employees from Technologies who are good for nothing. People is BPS work really very hard for peanuts but still they don't get any recognition.

Dislikes

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. Job insecurity would always be there if management don't like you than it's over for you.

The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

Dislikes

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

Likes

Supportive colleagues, Team leader, Managers. Overtime benefits and good pay. Two way cabs and bus facility. Training + mock calls + team dinner.

Dislikes

Office politics and partiality by few seniors. Paid leaves not granted sometimes and salary deduction for the same if not reporting to office after informing won't be able to report as put of town or exam work to be done.
