Incentive they will not give you , salary is not in time, travelling allowance you will not get.. oh by the way there hr Sangeetha who think she is the owner of the company, you will do business for your manager and attendance will be regularise by the hr.. totally lala company

Company closed without any prior notice just informed a day before closing and salary paid after several follups with company.still incentive is pending no response from company

You will get your salary on your performance basis . If you are not able to achieve your target then you are not eligible to get your full salary ... There was insecurity related with your job . Hiring firing was continuous process .

There is nothing in specific to be liked about, they need money, if you are selected you are bound to be their slave, they will keep you until you get them higher revenue and work as per their slave expectations.

...b security no HR policies your manager can fire you at any time. No work ethics. No salary on time. No incentive. I have given my two and I don't get anything except salary which we get almost mid of the next month.
