Nothing to like about this company. Only pro thing is that salary comes on time

They should infact change their name to 360 LALA cloud technologies. Such a big company with literally not a single SOP. The company doesn't have a work culture and operates like a jungle raj setup. Literally, there is no sensible leadership member after the CEO. Guys, they have 3 month notice period and it is better for you to rather stay unemployed that working in such companies that ruin your mind.

no work life balance no proper management just small task deadlines given to meet in short time appraisal according to year of experience rather than good performance appraisal small like big MNC's but work and culture like startup

Salary is good, they force to work on Dual projects for extra benefits. they ask employee WFO for 5 Days in Week even whole third project team is working from Home

...ou are doing nothing. They are the one who are not able to develop things right. even they dont provide project specifc bonus on time (2-3 months delay is normal).

Their COO was fired recently what more can you expect over here? Toxicity is at its peak here. The upper management behaves in such a manner as if 360-degree cloud is a Big 4 MNC. This is a LALA company. It's better to be unemployed than to work here. The HR team that is here is just a sham. No processes are defined. I was on leave for my daughter's birthday but still, my manager had a long call with me giving the excuse that the data needed to be prepared on priority. Rather than improving the environment of the company their HR team is putting up fake positive reviews everywhere. I believe in KARMA and I have this firm belief that this year itself this company will see its own downfall.
