Company Politics Boss Culture People with only 6 and 8 years of experience become Senior Technical Lead and COO of company. If you are on Notice period Leaders will treat you like shit, even in once there was a false alligation of harrasment. CEO humiliated employee on floor infront of 30 odd guys. CEO & Director thinks that bitching about others in front of employees get them some insights about the company(Toxic culture). Its not full time job offer. Its contract to hire only. They hire you make u give interview for their client and say project going to over in next 2 or 3 months then again you will under warning that clear the interview otherwise we will fire you.
