Work life balance- life is not balanced as salary provided is very very less compared to what they get from client. Almost 1/3 rd provided as salary for what they bill to client. During COVID-19 they made employees work from home and not paid salaries. But they popularizing and marketing company by saying that they provided work to employee. But not telling people that they did not pay salary in COVID-19
Feed back to Owners- Please stop being greedy and being called Kuber of city. You both should be shame on what you did during COVID-19. You both ruined name of your popular ancestor( if anyway associated)
Salary and benefits- As said they pay 1/3rd to employee of what they bill from client. They both,owners filled their pockets with hard earned money of employees and one owner is found of cars. He,owner sold 10 to 12 lakh worth car to some manager in our same company in 2 to 3 lakh rupay in OLEX, may be to avoid providing account of money he received to buy luxuries car ( Banami Sampati) from unaccounted money. ( It may or may not be fact but seem so).
Promotions- Promotions and career growth is given only to females in this organisation. Reason being females don't demand high salaries on promotion. No female in our society or country is bread winner ( Expect few ) for family. Their expenses limits to makeup and beauty products.
Bosses may take sometime undue favors for promotions from female colleges to undeserving candidate, I remember one of our female college was called by manager at home in name of work. After few month that girl was promoted. It may possibly case of undue advantage or he may had given a lesson for next rule in isolated place like personal room.
we can't expect any morality from managers where leaders or directors appear so. I regret coming to this company.
Skill and learning-I shared my experiences and skill with rest of the team to be able to work or communicate and understand. There was nothing with in the organisation which enables to develop further skill. Instead you will get mad after having experience and working with so called kid managers.
Work satisfaction comes when you are paid for what you invested or delivered in terms of time and service( Typing communication to end result). Work satisfaction is zero as they dont pay you on time and sometime in need they hold back your salaries , one they did on COVID.
Company culture is poor. Laudable/laughable thing is that they have taken helpline ( Nasha mukti kendra helpline) from government as social responsibility. Laughable thing is what they provide as salaries, lot of youngster spend their earned salaries in doing Smoking, tambako and nasha. One side they helping to record data for cases of substance abuse or cope drug addiction, on the other hand funding same addict. Typical Call center Culture
No job security even they are not credited the March 24 salary till now only giving the false commitments till now
And still April and May 24 months salary still pending

Request to everyone do not join this organisation at any cost
They only given you mentally harassment and nothing
Every day I need to chase their HR department and Finance department and they are giving only wrong commitment and nothing
