There is no Good things to describe about company for their staff. No security, no chance appraisal even so much of pressure. You have to to selling, billing, stock replenish cleaning and also a security himself. I my experience it's not a good for a experience person it's good for freshers only.

There is no pressure and workplace is very good my manager was great and satisfied job.

There is no growth while briefing they will tell you that you will become ASM within 2 yrs and after 3 yrs you will be the manager but nothing like that these are fake lines and if you have any problems regarding your management so HR department can't help you out in this issues because HR department just listen to ASM and SM like I got a issue with my ASM and he started mentally torture me I complaint to HR but they didn't listen me so I left the job .
