No job security I have joined in 16th apr 2021 suddenly came lockdown and I was waiting 3 month without salary and than after management said to me we don’t have project so we are firing you from the job you look for the jobs elsewhere

No job security, big thing is salary issue, you will not get proper salary, they will deduct, whatever they want

Salary issue and after join they rule like king with u and you're the servant, when I joined, they only told that after Certification your job is permanent, successfully I cleared the certification but after 2month they're telling clear OJT otherwise you will out, so I disscused with my colleagues, who are previously there, they told nothing is like clear OJT, so I got that this is way they want to work hard from us and whenever they want, they fire

...ect will be given to basic employees they'll be scolded with bad words on floor. Each month you'll have salary issue thy won't pay what they agreed. Clients will bash you with words and internal management won't give a shit about it. If you're too lucky you'll get 15rs as an appraisal amount that's how promotions are here. Worst infrastructure lifts won't work even pregnant women will be forced to take steps to work on 4th floor. Top management people are too worse, If an employee is leaving the company by highlighting some issues they won't interfere and convince the employee, rather they'll ask the employee to leave.

Although salary date is 15th of every month, it's never delayed.

...full but with only peanut stipend. Highest deductions in salary in the industry. Charges agents for headphones in their salary and have kept variable pay for entry level so company can save more money buy reducing inhand since Average tenure of an employee at entry level is 2-3 months while senior level is less than a 11 months as everyone understands how pathetic this company is and management is such old school people who actually have no interest in moving ahead with new times. Save yourself from joining this company else regret.

One point one solution company sabse worst company hai . Mein JFL-UCR process ke liye phele bola ki salary ka koi issue nhi hoga baad mein joining ke baad batate hai ki trainning ka sirf 200 aiga per day daily yeh amount total hoke days wise apko floor par jane ke baad credit hoga account mein. Yeh inko hire ke time par batana chahiye na . Fir meine do month kaam kiya floor par and support bhi kiya team ko but mere time par yeh log piche hat gaye.Meine may month mein 1-9 days working kiya tha floor par fir 10 th day mein achanak se mujhe voimitting and food poisoning ho gaya tha toh inform Kiya tha TL ko ki mein bimar hu mujhe chakkar aa rhe hai isliye nahi aa paungi toh inhone Bina mujhse puche ki aap kab aa sakte ho kab nhi siddha NR mark kardiya do din ke baad hi . Mein gayi bhi report and all leke family doctor ka toh bolte hai proper chahiye MBBS doctor ka hi chahiye.Three days tak gayi mein office mein thik hone ke baad request karne ki pls nikalo mat mujhe fir bhi nhi suna or family ko bhi leke gayi thi tabhi bhi nhi suna bas bol diya kuch nhi kar sakte hai BHR , Manager and Tl ne .Agar nikalna hi hota hai toh hire kyu karte hai siddha band ho kardona company.Meine jo 10 days work kiya tha uska bhi salary nhi de rhe hai bolte hai nhi milta hai NR mark walo ko salary unka . Mein sabko yehi suggest karti hu life mein aisi company pheli baar dekhi hai jo kisike heath issue ki wajah se siddha job se nikal dete hai .sabse worst company hai pls don't join here .
