Wrost management, money minded they treat their employees like labour and foreced them for overtime without pay. If you think to say anything at uper level or you do that, you will be fired.

Ah, flexibility with work and team bonding across the BI team was great.

...everyone just wants to get done with their side and be like now it is not on us. Salary hikes/appraisals are more on the average/poor side. No perks or benefits tbh.

They know how to use manpower over utilisation. You never forget your salary because everytime your manager remind you.

Actually they don't deserve TATA brand.Senior manager think that he is ruler of Assam and employees are under British rule.They misuse of transfer/relocation policy and never think about staff pain every healthcare professional be aware about they looks like Tata but actually they carry their old work culture. If you family men or women or if you have self respect then think before joining .

You will get to interact with leadership with ease, this level of freedom in work is present. Superf work life balance. Office timing is fexible and 5 days working Less office politics

Salary is not as per your skills Appraisal is not at all satisfactory

1. No growth professionally. 2. No increament in salary. 3. Irresponsible management 4. High pressure 5. Higher management always finding the way to stop employees appraisal. They have made a scheme if any employee do 3 Escalation in a year then that person will not be the eligible for the appraisal and they demote that employee.
