TATA1mg healthcare solutions pvt. ltd. spoils TATA groups name. There is no job security, There is no equality, there is no recognition who puts more work effort in this organization. I didn't expect to remove me without proper reason from this TATA1mg healthcare solutions Pvt.Ltd. They are removed me with reasons like (Budget issue, manipulated appraisal rating,If you are not willing to transfer to other branches with low CTC,) I joined this organization with more expectations and commitments but now i was felt very sad, for what they were did this to me, Finally am not satisfied to this organization From (Tirupati,TATA1mg healthcare solutions pvt ltd.)

Except salary nothing is treated are good or likeing.

The management are very poor, unprofessional and non medical persons. Tata spoiling their brand name and brand value by collaboration with 1mg. Tata is no doubt a very popular and reputable brand but 1mg is 3rd class. They spoil Tata's name by using TATA 1MG.

...were some changes made in company policy but it did not effect my payout much The salary was given according to inflow of clients

There is nothing as such to dislike, I just want more opportunity to grow in the company

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joinees. there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
