Assistant manager of digitization team Shailendra Chauhan and his bootlickers make other's life hell. I wanted to take transfer in PSP team. He gave negative reviews against me to PSP head. I had no other option than resign. Nobody should join Tata 1mg gurgaon office again

I m very lucky that I worked here. And talk about security then your job is 100% safe if your work without error. And if talk about management then it's not too good because onroll employees okey but what about off role employee, no one care about that like as no apraisal no promotion no hearing etc all that. Me also working 2 years + but what for me ........?????. And policies is good no comments for policies because I don't many more about that.

... a lot of politics and groupism and management and TL doesn't address our issue. Salary is not setisfied and carrier grouth is slow.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They Provide Salary on time and leave policy is good, IT team is very good and helpful, breakfast and Tea/Coffee for employees

Very Poor Salary Structure, No scope of skill development or learning anything, no on job training, Too much politics in the team, no welcome to new bees, No proper planning of work, Everyday KRAs keep on increasing, No incentive, No scope for promotion, No scope to showcase skills and talents.

The company always welcomes innovative ideas and ready to adopt the latest technology but one issue I can see is that no special training is given to the employee for skill development although its a startup one can learn multiple things. If we talk about the appraisal part it was pretty unsatisfying until the time I worked there. Job security is average but career growth can't be seen so far.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but appraisal disappoints too much and on the other side if I talk about travelling so again no trips are organised by anyway. And also no bonus and incentives are given which discourages the hardworking and dedicated employees of the company at the end of the year.
