Environment of the office. It gives a proper corporate vibe and the salary is always on time.

Dislikes

Everything. There is nothing to be liked of so much politics, poor management, poor HR department, bad working culture, lack of supervisors support, lack of training, hygiene ks the one of the biggest issue, and so many things.

I worked in Network department in New Delhi, seniors are gossipers and practice politics,they torture you to the extent that you are forced to resign, Shrutika ( The senior Associate in network), she doesn't make your learn being senior,give all her work to you so that she can simply rest and takes credit on all the work done by you . They play with junior's mental health.

...grudges. There should be no place for this in corporate. Don't expect increment. They can always hire new people at the same pay. So terminating them just when they are about to get an increment is the smartest move. But this is completely unethical and shows the short term vision of the company. Groupism is much prevalent and this group tends to disrespect other employees and doesn't do any actual work. But no action will be taken as they are the 'favourites'. Think twice, thrice or even more than that before joining. Don't regret later.

Out 30 employees at least 16 employees resigned within a 5 months .
