Unprofessional employees and work culture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

Very toxic culture, Next level GMP follow like NASA, Not fulfill basic employees requirements Water, Canteen, Also cancel saturday Leave, nothing to be like here.

I am working in their corporate profile...No work life balance.You will be asked to stay for 1-2 hpurs extra without any pay.. Its like jail...you cannot carry smart phone inside...you have to keep clean shave everyday..you cannot wear jeans in office...even to take initial laptop and mail id you have to follow up with IT and manager for atleast 5-7 days. They even dont give ms - office ..you have to raise PO for yourself even for your laptop bag...food and transport are worst...very bad experience......Read More

Zydus is a big company which has good work culture in Non Bu vertical only. Owner has good gesture but he is not getting true picture what is happening at shop floor.

No Transparent Appraisal A person who worships boss rather than his work, he always good appraisal TAC is not transparent To save budget of HR in BU only, persons are not given promotion. TAC is used in such cases.

Work culture is satisfactory, HR policies needs to improve to create MNC like culture, some time employee feel huge work load ,job is secure, person specific policies still practice.

HR admin policies are bogus, bus facilities not up to mark, huge work load, sandwich leaves policy, personal specific policies still followed
