Good pay master but get ready to work on late evening with bosses act like Hitler.They will ask you reasons to leaving on time.They will ask to submit daily priority .Still in dinosaur age with boss is supreme.

Dislikes

Late night timing , Saturday working for 1 before cycle meeting.Meeting at 9pm.etc etc never recommend to any .Never accept offer if you get opportunity from Main and odenea division.

Nothing in marketing department under Alhad Mahajani

The vice president of Athena , Florina, Odenea is one person Mr Alhad Mahajani, who doesnt allow anyone to grow intellectually and peacefully under him. He works like we live in 70s. He dosent know even how to operate a computer. All work needs to be submitted in hard copies to his secretary and for which u dont get any acknowledgement, You keep on waiting for his approval which is as per his whims and fancies. Even many times he will say i didnt get the proposal and since u do not have acknowledgement of work submitted, u are at receiving end. Here, companies are talking about paperless offices and fast approvals but this man lives in stone age i guess. In fact, he ensures you never are able to complete the work by his shrude behavior. Even a simple LBL needs his approval. Why GMs, DGMs, MMs are there, u wonder. He is a control freak and that causes lot of stress and one has to work as per his dictums. No free speech in Zuventus markeing departement. Sycophancy only can help. That is why Zuventus marketing has lot of attritiona and they have simple strategy to hire management trainees who work for 2-3 years and leave. A very unfortunate experience....Read More

The pressure and culture in marketing is worst than any other company and that is beacause of Vice-president Marketing Mr Alhad Mahajani. Avoid working under him unless u want your carrier and personal life to be finished. He will not leave you even after you leave the company. There is practically no learning by hiring external trainers and even if it happens, the vice president wont let those learning implement in company. It is a complete surrender to him or sycophancy, that only can save you there. No complaints to HR work against him as they are hands in glove. It is high time that he should start building future people for Zuventus as Zuventus marketing team shelf life is very poor and since he does not allow you to learn and enhance your skills you wont be able to grow in your carrier. Company takes care of employees in outstanding ways. EPF excellent benefit as basic salary component is higher. No limit on gratuity. HR department is powerful and prevents departmentmental bias if any. Good spending on various activities for employees and their families. Energetic and professional leadership of Guha sir. Job security is awesome, if we gers confirmed.
