Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is excellent but oncology marketing strategy not good. Salary package average. Training purposes is vary poor. Strategy not good so career will not good. Job security not there.

Mainly work culture not good & management is poor. So any body not balance to work here.

salary is good, product is good. working culture is bad due to local management. CRM REIMBURSEMENT IS VERY VERY BAD. STILL MY 1LAC RS APPROX IS WAITED FOR REIMBURSEMENT. CORRESPONDENCES BY MAIL IS GOING ON FROM FEB 2017

#-Sheer Lack of professionalism #-Vaccum in terms of Qualitative development. #-Nobody cares whether one posseses relevant job-qualities #-Individuals who lack the knack of pampering will lose out here. #-No skill development. #-No training except Induction program (which superficial) #-No realistic outlook #-Favoritism & High Ego & serious Arrogance of top corporate management
