Work culture is nice. The company is in its growing stage so learning opportunities are ample. Higher management is approachable. Salar is credited timely on the last day of the month. Promotions and hikes are good. Leave policy is in place, unlike some startups.

Dislikes

Work-life imbalance. 5.5 days working with 10 hours shift. (Though it is not a major setback for someone who is in the initial years of career or willing to grow). No transport facilities.
