Only one thing: Salary disbursed regularly at fixed given time.

Dislikes

Management doesn't bother about you if you are not from IIT, IIM NIT etc or if you don't follow every bit of them right or wrong. Career growth also depends on above points. Company changes its policy whenever they want which is always against field engineers and if you disagaree for that then be ready for the new job search.

Fraud company for employees as well as their customers looting money

This job involves travel which is very expensive you cannot do monthly savings their reimbursement is not on time. And their work of process is totally fraud only taking money from their customers and cannot fulfils their project on time. No one picks call if you don’t believe you can try yourself.
