Lol... Seems you are having issues with a particular person. It is quite obvious to dislike someone who is not in accordance with you. Apart from that we are not sure how you were demotivated because there are more than 900 Employees who are working in Organization happily. Hope you could learn to stay motivated and happy in life which is very much needed.
