i have worked here for one year now and left this place due to all polictics megativitiy and biasness. They made me work 70k gave me that target and always use to brag its peak period peak period.its all lie its just lean period. Some teams are getting much work where others are not. Some TLs good and old employees are only promotedand helped for earning incentives. Whereas freshers are not given any work. Theirs all politics only thse will get 200 300/- rupees incentives for which employees are dying like beggars. This orgnisation soon seems to go in vain as it seems they wont be able to pay employees and are not receving any more assignments. Still they started hiring new many employees. Didnt understood why. But ya they are lying to then also. They go to colleges and beg there for more employees abd once you get fixed here they treat you lile shit. They dont have work or peak still they expect you to be at office and not approve wfhs, still the manager expects you should ask for work by yourselves and do dummy (Zoho mail work) many a times they force you ti work on sundays too. And the job overall is very dissatisfactory which is the reason I left. Now i have my glow back, its just exhausting job for 17k. For incentives of 1k on 17k if u go regularly to offce you'll earn 1k wow....I wrote so many assugnments jn this one year.and just 1120 is incentive for 73k wordcount. TL aachal kumari who don't have any ideas how to talk with the employees. She just out his frustration to others after 4 A.M. before that she just chill. The another bad person is SD who just come here to spent some valuable time with his girlfriend. His mood trigger by his girlfriend and he behave with the employees base on his mood. Even sometime don't speak with employees after knocking various time. Behavior is everything so he has to learn it fast to be a proper human being. The working time is more than 10+ hour. It was a pathetic organisation to work with. They basically cold-call students in Australia and the U.K. and asked them to complete their college assignments. They help them cheat by completing their assignments and tests. They have in-house content writers who write assignments. Their pay scale is very low and they credit salary on 15th of every month. They deduct salary on very small things. HR posts false job descriptions on job portals and did not provide information about their real work until you join the team. If they have posted the real job descriptions, then no one will join their company. Their are many employees who are quitting their job on daily basis because of the toxic work environment and high pressure. Their leadership is also very poor and they exploit their employees. Some of the employees like "Raghav," make the work place very toxic for the girls with their creepy comments all the time. Their is no learning or growth in any department of this company, as all they do is help international students cheat on their assignments and tests. Please take your time and find some other organization where you can actually learn new things and develop skill sets. All the 1 star reviews given in the previous reviews are true. Everything except flexible timings. Salary of present month will be credited between 15th-20th of next month which is too late. No social security benefits like PF. Full and Final payment settlement of those who leave the organization takes 4-5 months. No ethics, no values. Unrealistic deadlines and huge pressure to meet targets.

They are fraudsters. They doing fraud with their employees also not providing offer letter within one month stating that it's long process. And HR said that they only issue offer letter after 2 months of working .....hell..... Avoid working here and please do not trust this company. Say no to work here...No No No......a big No to this company.

There is a lot of dislikes for the company like there is no work life balance, sometimes (twice a month) u even have to work on sundays and thats compulsory also there is no saturday off, the salary they pay is terrible.

There is no work life balance, you get paid very very less and have to work even on Sundays and after work hours with additional benefits. The management is worst and even HR as they take side of management and make you accuse. The coo here is Mr. Durga Prasad Sharma the worst person I have ever meat. For his point of view you have to give your entire 24×7 to company and you will get just a penny. The main work of the company is to do the assignments of foreign and Indian students who are studying in college which is completely illegal.
