Nothing. This is a bogus company which has placed hypocrites and thugs as company heads. Please don't join this company.

They do not treat employees like employees, rather people are workers over here who cannot commit mistakes, cannot have work-life balance, are very cheaply paid and are hell lot exploited. The company simply relies on favouritism. This is a company of thugs who try to pressurize employees for not resigning and also put the salary on hold, in case they understand that someone is going to leave.

Zucol Group is more like a combination of its different part which are providing their services in Designing, Accounting, Writing, Seo & more. It's been 2 year in the job and I'm clearly visualising the future plans of mine combined with my employer that too with very efficient team of professionals. There are policy regarding the strict policy WRT office timings and leave management but for me they seems to be eligiyas we are directly providing services to Businesses as well as end consumer both. They are fraudsters. They doing fraud with their employees also not providing offer letter within one month stating that it's long process. And HR said that they only issue offer letter after 2 months of working .....hell..... Avoid working here and please do not trust this company. Say no to work here...No No No......a big No to this company.

The salary is very low. It gets credited on the 15th or every month so that means if you resign at the end of a month you would have worked 15 extra days for the comapany

There is a lot of dislikes for the company like there is no work life balance, sometimes (twice a month) u even have to work on sundays and thats compulsory also there is no saturday off, the salary they pay is terrible.

There is nothing to tell about. It is a worst place to work not even as a fresher.

There is no work life balance, you get paid very very less and have to work even on Sundays and after work hours with additional benefits. The management is worst and even HR as they take side of management and make you accuse. The coo here is Mr. Durga Prasad Sharma the worst person I have ever meat. For his point of view you have to give your entire 24×7 to company and you will get just a penny. The main work of the company is to do the assignments of foreign and Indian students who are studying in college which is completely illegal.
