Nothing to like about this company I have joined during covid period and resigned after 2 months because of the terrible environment no job security bad management. Even they ask to return money when you resign if any kind of training they will provide you during your tenure it's my personal experience. Never ever join.

Nothing Was hired as MBA operations executive. They never gave me even company mail or computer.

They'll everyday belittle you by asking questions that you couldn't possibly know answer of. When the shift time is over and you want to go home, you'll told to ask founders if you can go home now. Founder will take your viva with petty questions which you'll don't know the answers for and belittle you. You'll be asked to visit place like dry port Tughlaqabad, Bhiwari on your own expenses for company work and still then you'll be asked to report back to office then go home. You'll be given no allowance, no food, no accomodation and then if you took auto they'll go why did you took the costly auto? They'll not reimburse you expenses and will not give leaves and get aggressive. Don't work here and staff here don't include you and you remain an outsider.
