Assistant Manager -Account || Immediate Joiners Only

About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and team management. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and coordinating with multiple departments.

Preferably candidates with a pharmaceutical background only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Journal Entry Verification: Oversee and ensure accurate journal entries in Tally for all financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Inventory Management: Validate stock management activities and ensure accurate recording of stock movement and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• File Management: Ensure all invoices, vouchers, and expenses are properly documented and filed.
• Tax Compliance: Oversee monthly TDS calculations, payments, and returns. Coordinate with external auditors for tax audits and balance sheet finalization.
• Bank Coordination: Ensure daily reconciliation of bank statements and manage bank-related activities.
• Utility Bill Payments: Verify and manage timely payments of utility bills.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Reconcile and manage accounts, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial status reports to management.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and support internal and external audits.
