Technext is a superb Distribution of zte not providing guidelines to the employee's not providing salary on time and not happy to work on technext payroll how zte is working with them they should taking action against technext because of that they are losing good employees and they should take action against the technext no office in mumbai and I'm very disappointed till now I have not receive the salary of July2018 which I work for 15"days...Read More

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. As a result I get to travel abroad,especially to the U.S. and Canada.But On-Site travel is completely dependent on your project and client`s location.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
