This company is good but company management are not good, company see staff like a bandwhaa mazudur.

Dislikes

Because my company senior like team leader and other senior are not helping us other wise you will be make a mistake, my senior say only one things this is your resignation letter sing and go. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hour straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
