New things to learn everyday. Challenging targets and relationship management help to grow skills everyday in handling diversified mind set of merchants.

Dislikes

Issues are handled centrally. If decentralized, zomato can be more successful in providing faster solutions.

Work Details

Growing new merchant's business is challenging as it should not affect the existing business of old merchants. Maintaining this balance to show consistent growth becomes stressful in current dynamic markets. But gives an opportunity to learn every day.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently came across a post about Zomato. They added an extra fee for their vegetarian delivery service, which upset a lot of vegetarians.
