Quite a good company though but it takes a hell lot of your attention in terms of store management.. They don't have any security person there to look at the things and you have to be the one man army there... But nothing taking away from them I worked there for 2 and a half year, I learned a lot of the things which I didn't knew when I joined for that I m very grateful to them... I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
