Few colleagues were helpful and gave good training.

Dislikes

The company is extremely biased. Culture is not good. No open communication is there. The head of recon business is extremely moody and disrespectful person. Passes uncomfortable comments on female employees. Everyone is aware of it but no one takes any action.

Products are very good but management is one of the worst.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there no career growth.there is no bond but no employee will remain for 2 yrs. There is no job training.

The job is quite interesting, struggle will be there through out as there no formal training and zero support from management.

Favourism at height, first line manager are puppet, no training and innovation at work. Doubtebly career forecast from hierarchy. Monotonous appraisal execution.
