Corporate politics,dealer management, last minute order pile up,previous legal head was jerk and arrogant, off role system. Cost cutting when there is no need of that

Its been a very supportive company ensuring our work life balance especially for a mother of a small baby. When i Joined this company with my 1 year old baby, I didnt know that things will go this easy and i will be able to perform well managing everything.

So far in my journey of 11 months while working with Zimmer Biomet, I havent felt a thing. Not even a single reason to dislike or thinking about switching my company. Super satisfied.
