Nothing. No work life balance. They say 9 to 5 job but make employees stay up-to 10pm saying client calls. For almost every day. The company encourages people to stay late and work but outside they show like they are employee friendly company

Dislikes

The company has few people from top management who are very biased and give opportunity to people from their native and screw others they don't like. The management has a platform for sharing any biases the employee feels. But even after many people raise complain..nothing happens because they are from top management. THIS IS TRUEand I suffered a lot here and hence resigned. Many of my colleagues faced this and left job. I'm thankful to this company to show me what kind of environment I would not prefer to work at....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
