This was my first job, looking at all other company policies and the way their managers talk to them and how their meetings are, we still feel like it's college days, we work real hard and have fun at the same time. I have seen no other company treat their employees this good. I love being here and I would never ever want to leave

Dislikes

After you reach senior position, the work life balance is difficult to maintain here. You have to do a lot of workload without getting appropriate designation. They change your department as and when they need without asking you. There is also favoritism in some departments.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
